Our formulas are crafted to be as gentle and nourishing as they are effective—but everyone’s skin is different. If you experience a reaction, please discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional you trust. We’d love to hear from you, too—sharing your experience helps us better support you and others with sensitive skin.

Please note: returns or exchanges are not accepted for skin reactions, but we do offer support for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Warm Weather Shipping

Our clean, toxin-free products are free of synthetic stabilizers, which means they can be sensitive to heat—especially during warmer months. Items like tallow balms and whipped butters may soften or melt in transit if exposed to temperatures over 85°F.

We do our best to package everything with care and protection, but once the package is in transit, extreme heat (like sitting in a sunny mailbox or delivery truck) may cause texture changes. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to melting. We encourage you to consider your local climate when placing orders.

Good news: If your product melts, it’s not damaged—it just needs a little love. Texture may shift, but the integrity and effectiveness remain.

To restore your product: Gently melt it using a double boiler, chill until semi-firm, then re-whip for a soft, airy texture.

Address Issues

We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’re happy to re-ship—but a new shipping fee will apply. Once payment is received, please allow 1–4 business days for processing before your order is on its way again.

Carrier Delays & Tracking

Once your order leaves our hands and is scanned by USPS, it’s officially in their care. You’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.

Please note:

  • USPS delivery timelines can vary, and tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, we recommend contacting USPS directly to open a case—we’re unable to do this on your behalf.
