How should I store products containing tallow?

Tallow is shelf-stable and doesn’t require refrigeration. Just keep it out of direct sunlight and high heat to maintain texture and consistency.

How do your products support sustainability?

What’s your return policy?

Because we’re a small, family-run business and work with delicate, natural ingredients, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns.
That said, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, we’re happy to send a replacement—just provide a photo for verification. We want every experience with WE Skincare to feel kind, supported, and thoughtful. If something’s not right, please reach out.

Are your products dermatologist-approved?

Our products are made with gentle, natural ingredients—but everyone’s skin is different. If you have pre-existing skin conditions or concerns, we recommend consulting your dermatologist before introducing new ingredients.

Do you ship in warm weather?

Yes—but keep in mind, our products are free from synthetic stabilizers and may melt in high heat. If your package sits in a warm mailbox or delivery truck, the product may soften or change texture.

If this happens, don’t worry—just place it in the fridge until it firms up and give it a gentle stir. Melting doesn’t affect the product’s quality or performance. We do our best to protect your order during shipping, but we can't offer refunds or exchanges due to heat-related changes. We encourage you to consider your local temperatures when ordering.
